So (for example) I hopefu ...[text shortened]... 300 points below (my current rating) in an Evans Gambit. That is an opening I will now avoid.
I don't play too many openings. For the most part it's almost always KG/Dragon and...undecided against 1.d4.

Every once in a while I'll use an Alekhine or Ruy Lopez - but that's not often.

Yes in two tournaments I will play.

    1. e4??

Each crushing humiliation will be put here as warning against ever playing this terrible move.
    Try, 1. f3?... 2. c3?... 3. K2??...

I have had some fun with that one.

Against 1.d4 i would advice you to play Old Benoni 1...c5. It will suits to your sharp style. And think what are you gona play against 1.c4 or 1.Nf3

Seriously, try the Benoni - I get good results as black against some strong players although I have had the occasional humiliating defeat.
    I`m playing Old-Benoni - on 1.d4 answering 1...c5 and i can say that isnt much worse than Modern-Benoni (1.d4 Nf6 2.c4 c5 3.d5 e6 4.Nc3 exd5 5.cxd5 g6), buit more suits my style - I dislike opening my center too early.

Especially watch Game 3119448 for a true test of its soundness.

My opponent in Game 3085150 might also feel he can beat it as might Game 3091829 but they cannot. They will be defeated.

*Plus two losses one to HomerJSimpson who will remain undefeated against the grob, and one more to Korch

Pah! You didn't have the balls for Bxg4, even if you win it will only be a half victory.

    Game 3127019

    Yet more e4 misery.

Involving a rampant rook, a misplaced queen and a massive knight.
