I think you mean castle. No, your opponent cannot castle while in check.

Hi Jamie,

I think I understand your question. Yes, if you check your opponent's king, but he doesn't move the king, he can castle on a later move.

The king cannot castle out of check however.

No, doo00OOOD! Once the king has been checked, it can't castle. That's what we call "Korkser" chess out here in the bayou.
