Do you have any prove to justifiy this claim and the harrasment that has been going on in this tread? Maybe a quote from the TOS?

No you weren't. Notice the quote from BelgiumFreak back on page 1. And in no way were you harassed. Take your lumps and shut your gob.
Define harassment: To irritate or torment persistently.
I have persistently been critised for something I did not do - harassment.
Now where is you TOS quote? Or are you harassing me?

"3. YOUR REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS
(b) You will not use chess engines, chess software, chess computers or consult any third party to assist you in any game."
implies this:
"the rule is a blanket ban on talking about games in progress, or parts/off shoots thereof, to remove the chance or suspicion that someone is seeking advice to aid their game.
I hope you understand
BF"
implies your initial post was deleted by a Mod.

Take a look if you can spot the mate on move 13.[/b]
how is posting this consulting a third party, its not even asking for comments. It just helping you guys have a nice chess puzzle to solve.
"the rule is a blanket ban on talking about games in progress, or parts/off shoots thereof, to remove the chance or suspicion that someone is seeking advice to aid their game."
if you would copy these lines and search for them on the TOS you will find that this information is not to be found in the TOS.
"implies your initial post was deleted by a Mod."
my initial post was deleted because a lot of people alerted it. (Something I never do)
Now please quit harassing me. I have clearly proven (more then once) that I have not broken the TOS. You can keep on quoting belgium freak al you want but that only shows that he is not following the TOS, and thus abusing the power russ gave him.

What if someone had found a flaw in your 'forced mate' and posted their analysis here? Would you then use that information in your game? If not, would you deliberately play an inferior or even losing line, to avoid making use of the third-party help? How do you escape this dilemma?
