    Well, I hate to tell you, but if you beat a 2000 player when you are provisionally rated you get a lot more for it than when you are normally rated. The provisional ratings system calculates your rating as the average of your opponents rating (OR) plus 400 for each win, if you lose you get OR - 400 and if it's a draw you get OR. So while provisionally rated even a loss to a 2000 player gives you 1600 to average out with the other 19 games. Once you are non-provisionally rated the most you can hope for per game is 32.
