How does a non-subscriber organize, or for that matter play in, a tournament? Note the thread by Malvinas. Is it just by mutual agreement, i.e. the organizer says who plays whom and the players challenge each other and play "normal" games? Thanks.

yeah basically, but then you have to worry about people wanting different time controls, and then you have the people who want the tournament over in like a week...so all in all, it's probably too much work for something that isn't that important
