No, thank you for the offer .... but that is not my objective at all. I only question the need to find the 'ultimate master'. I don't know if you followed all the threads (and also outside RHP) on Fisher vs. Kasparov or Tal vs. Morozevich, etc... These are all very sterile debates.

14. ... Rxf1 was a mistake. With g6 black could probably hold the position

Weyerstrass has yet to lose a game!

Weyerstrass is playing Ironman and I believe he is down piece wise in the finishing stages

Two of the four games between IM31 and Weyer have had exactly the same moves so far! I think it will be that way till the end, and it ends in a funny draw. Weyerstrass makes some weird moves in my opinion.

Can you really argue with his rating? Cmon now, Hes pretty successful with his moves no matter how "crazy" they are

According to Junior 9, Yozzer played it perfectly move 12 and on. It liked Rxf1. So without capitalizing on poor defence, Northern Lad finished with a huge white advantage. Now that was incredible play.

No it isn't. This is the only site I play on.

No he couldn't. 15.Qb3+ followed by Rxf8 is a clear win. Black is already busted. But I have to be honest here. I can't claim credit for the original piece sacrifice, since it is a suggestion of GM Joe Gallagher. It seems to win by force. Actually 11...Qe8, though often recommended, is a quite a poor move. Better 11...Qd5.

You are right, g6 is not doing the job either.

verry interesting ... no shocks though ... i like a shock!

this process could go on for ever ... but if you get more time ... then how about other players of interest such as Bbarr, Weyerstrass, and Woodworm.

can you automate the process to get it for dozens of players?
one factor explaining Archbold's lower performance rating is rating inflation. many of the older RHP players remember when 1600 put you in the top ten, and cracking the 2000 barrier was a milestone. so the above rating comparison among the player just isn't fair.

Game 1096741

Is this game a Sicilian Nadjorf variation?
