Yes, that must be it. Instead of 13...Bxc3 the variation plays 13....g3 and we
are in the position enrico20 gave. Then after 14.Qh6!! Re8 15. h5 Bf8 can be
    played.

It does indeed look this one is wrong.
Unless the win is very very deep.
They do ask you to solve with it an engine. ( 😕 )

    It is puzzle No.228 from:

    http://www.playwitharena.com/?Newsticker

    They now give.

    1. Qh6!! Re8 2. h5 1-0

How long does it take your engine to find the move ?

@hedonist, don't be so hard on yourself. @greenpawn, yes you are right I was amazed by the Qh6!! when it looked like the queen was simply getting trapped (noob mistake).

I don't know which was more amazing, this puzzle or the other news they posted about a member of winboard team attacking them. Is that news really? Do we tell the world about infighting in chess and put it as "news"? How embarrassing.

I think these are anti engine puzzles.I gave three to fritz13 and it cannot solve any.
Or all of them are wrong....

enrico20 did point out that the position is a variation, and the variance comes before the Qh6 move, so it is highly likely that it was conceived by a human, and humans make mistakes.

I tried a couple of engines, and they all give black a slight edge after 1. Qh6 Re8 2. h5 Bf8. Backward moves are hard to see sometimes, which is very much a human-type oversight to miss ...Bf8.

It looks to be a very complicated position in which even engines need enough time to start to figure it out. I think White is winning after 1.Qh6 Re8 2.h5 Bf8 3.hxg6 Bxh6 4.gxf7+ Kxf7 5.Rxh6. I see an eval of about +1.5.

I down loaded the pgn file. I like a good work out but some seem very open
ended, unclear or stupid with no practical value.

I see there is this: 'how did your computer do?' question after each one so
it does look like they are chosen for the glee club to load into their computers
to see if their box solves it. (good grief).

This was one of the silly ones.

An everyday position you are likely to see your games. 😳

And this puzzle has too much mayhem. I give it without all
the sub variations the original game gives.
It too cluttery. It's the type of position you would play in steps.

This one I found of possible benefit to a chess player, rather than a chess dope
who sits there feeding these positions into a computer to watch what it does.
(Watching paint dry would give some of these guys a hard on.)

Watching paint dry can have that effect, for example:
