I followed all the links till I came to this one. Another Kosteniuk site.
Even nicer to hear from kid sister Oxana, who has now amazingly celebrated her 20th birthday. Can it really be six years ago that Oxana came over to England to play in the 4NCL for the 3Cs? (Big sis turned out once or twice too.) God I feel grown old.
We find out that Oxana beat Anglo-Swiss Alexandra Wilson 4.5-3.5 in a "Russian-Swiss friendship match". La Wilson caused something of a stir (including the not inconsiderable feat of getting Jonathon Speelman to froth at the mouth in disapproval) at the recent big Liverpool tourney cum Anglo-Chinese match with her ultra lowcut tops and stiletto heels. And anyone who thinks that this is all sour grapes because I lost to her boyfriend in said tourney had better find themselves a decent lawyer...
