Isn't that forced mate from here on?

13. Rh8+!
1) 13. ... Kxh8 14. Qh5+ Kg8 15. Qh7#
2) 13. ... Bxh8 14. Qh5 Rf6 (14. ... Rf7 15. gxf7+ if 15. ... Kf8 then 16. Qxh8#, if 15. ... Kg7 then 16. Qxg5+ and 17. Bd3# or 17. Qg8🙄 15. Qh7+ Kf8 16. Qxh8#

EDIT: oops, my mistake. In 2nd variation 14. ... Nf6 saves from mate. So as previously posted, 13. Bxg5 to prevent Nf6 and prepare Rh8+.

are you guys all blind? Rh8 won't work now or after Bxg5 and black will still have the advantage which he just blew with N8d7...for example 13.Bxg5 Nf6 14.Bxf6 Rxf6 and now it should be obvious that Rh8+ does not work.. ...exd7 is the move to play here.

Whites threat is Rh8+ or Qh5. The only move that try to prevent it is 13... Qxd7. The idee is to do e5 and let the Q guard the 7-row.

It feels like white is standing better !?
