how is black possibly going to do all that in light of Qh5+ ? This is basically damiano's defense without sacing the knight...

Yes. The game I linked to demonstrated Qh5+. The only defense I know of is crossed fingers. It usually doesn't work. Of course I usually don't play f6 either.

One spelling is Alekhine. He changed it from Aljechin when he became a French citizen.
