And to anser the OP: I use all of these in varying intensity.

CTS has the disadvantage to score according to time. I will move sometimes before having thought to end...

Chesstempo I like best.

ATS has some strength, but the weakness is that tehre is few analysis given . So if I fail a problem I sometimes don't understand the solution even with thinking.
