Online tactical websites for training

How do you find online sites like CTS(chess tactics server) and chesstempo.com for tactics training? Do you use them? What kind of other chess applications you would like to use online?

And to anser the OP: I use all of these in varying intensity.

CTS has the disadvantage to score according to time. I will move sometimes before having thought to end...

Chesstempo I like best.

ATS has some strength, but the weakness is that tehre is few analysis given . So if I fail a problem I sometimes don't understand the solution even with thinking.
