Hello, I recently discovered some unusual wins in the public game history of one of my opponents. After a few moves his opponent mysteriously resigns the game. This player has a loss record and has only played against him. My suspicion is that the player is using a second account to resign games to himself and boost his own rating. What can be done about this?

A sample game: 1.c4..d5 2.cxd5 black resigns?!

forget all that, that only works when you delete a game. your right it does look a bit odd. maybe he didn't know just to delete the games or maybe........

You're right, I just looked at that players history and there is a game with another player.. so maybe it is just some kid that resigns instead of deleting the game after his opponent exchanges pawns with him

Yes, there are four or more games like that. Strange.

Its not really strange. hes trying to raise his rating by playing himself on multiple accounts which violates section 3c.

*We* can't do anything but the *RHP-staff* can.

If they find a pattern of IP-adresses, login-times etc, they can easily 'prove' that something fishy is going on.
