This is the 'c3 Sicillian' or Alapin Variation. As it looks like you have a game in progress that this could be relevant to, I can't say anything specific about it. However, Googling for c3 Sicillian should find some useful sites. Also, don't forget our very own games explorer:

This is ideal for checking out the common replies to any moves you are considering - but don't get too hung up on remembering moves. Better to understand the theme of an opening that to try to learn all the variations off by heart.
