As I looked through the game I noticed an interesting sacrifice possibility for black on move 9. 9... Nfxd5 10.exd5 Qh4+ 11.ke2 (kd2 is worse) ...0-0-0 with a raging attack. My feeling is that that this is seriously winning for black but i didnt spend any time looking for mate or combinations.

White at 15. and 16. missed the opportunity to chase the black queen away and castle. At first glance, this appears to be his main mistake and all his troubles come from not getting the king into relative safety. Well done to black, though.
