My vote would be Kh7 and draw offer, i suspect he decline the draw in the hope we would error and play Kg7. When he sees we have seen the threat then he may well concede a draw.
I would recommend also saying why we are offering a draw two moves running, as it may seem a little rude if not.

Maybe I should look back into my tactics, as I am too fast.
i just cost me two good games, one fo them, I was playing for the draw, but sudddenly tried to play for the win and blundered. and the others, I think too fast, not even thinking about using my king..... Kf1, Kg2 Kf2...
So, no surprise I did not see it back then.
Sometimes, I just wished I could use engines, for a a little while.. one game. but no.
Kh7, there is no Nf5 check...
That get my vote. If we could Kxf7 that would get my vote. but that is our pawn.
