PGN files for Amateurs Mind

I'm reading Amateur's Mind, and was looking for PGN files for the games to help me follow along. I found them in Chessbase format at http://www.uni-klu.ac.at/~gossimit/c/book.htm. but don't have Chessbase and can't find a program to convert them for me, since I'm running OSX.

I think that with this move, white is trying to avoid using the d-pawn on an
exchange on the e file. This would open the center back up. By pinning the
knight, it allows white to take on e5 with his knight.} Bd7 {

OK, that makes sense. Eliminates another knight and allows the white knight
to exchange on e5.} Bxc6 {Now with two knights against two bishops, white
needs to keep the game closed. I guess white should look for outposts at this
point, maybe c5 and d6? That will be difficult with the black Bishop in the
game.} 10. O-O Bg7 11. Re1 {Overprotects the pawn and ensures that the d4 pawn
can stay in place. I'm still looking at putting a knight on c5.} h5 {
Not sure what this is about.} 12. Nbd2 f5 {This seems to clamp the game down
even harder, further limiting the Bishop's mobility. How can white take
advantage?} 13. dxc5 {This changes my thoughts about white's plan. It seems
to allow the center to be opened up which is good for the black Bishops.
Maybe he is looking to d6 as an outpost?} Rg8 14. Nd4 {OK, I guess this keeps
the center locked up and is a more agressive position for the knight.} Qg5 {
Black obviously has plans on g2. Can white ignore the threat? I would
normally play g3. Also possible is bringing the queen to f3 to defend. I
don't see any real forcing moves here to coutner-attack. I would like to see
the d2 knight on f3, but that takes the spot away from the queen. I know
that at this point, I need to do something to post my knights more agressively
