PGN files

what I am trying to do is get selected openings from fritz9 and convert them to a PGN file. I seem to fail to do this. Does anyone know how to do this or where to go online to get PGN file openings?

Play out the opening in whatever Fritz has for a normal game, then save it as PGN.
