I'm going to go out on a limb and say Nh4 and after Be8 Qh6+ Kg8 Re3. Although I may be missing the point here.

Is this Qe6+? Because I'd probably avoid playing that anyway... 😕

The second one might be Re3 but it doesn't look too convincing

I'm sorry, I don't quite understand the relevance. Qe6+ forks the rook and forces the capture, after which Rxa3 and black must both save the rook and defend the a-pawn? Not sure if it works though.
How does Rh8+ come into it?

I think it probably is; Ng5 or Nh4 probably comes into it somewhere, as an earlier poster suggested. Black's pieces are useless on b6 and c6 anyway.
