Player Deleted Game

Hi,

I'm new to site, was playing a game, after about 20 moves, I was in a winning position, and the other player has deleted the game, which leaves me without a win, and him with a perfect score of 2 wins, no loses, no draws.

Is there anything that can be done about this?
