Please analyse this game

I would like any1s opinion on where i can go from here. with no disrespect to my opponent i think he made some mistakes. so did I, givig my queen away for example. i may have missed other oppertunities. I dont have any particular opening. I usually play in response to my opponent form the very start. Citisicm and suggegstions on strategies welcome. What moves were mistakes

The first mistake in the game would seem Nc6, and then Nf3 for white (should have been d5 with a serious advantage)

[there may be a discussion about that, but 12. Bxe6 is definately wrong at each level.]

You didn't give your queen away, you did a nice combination that won you a pawn 😉.
