Can't understand points Lost four games last two days losing 23 20 21 21.Won one game for11 points.Opponents are of similar rating.Games won are awarded 10 to12 points.

This is a common question
The formula is explained in FAQ.
There's also a thread somwhere which shows what happens for win/lose/draw.
Perhaps someone else will remember where it is

The opponent you won against was lower rated (by about 100 points) than the ones you lost against. It all has to do with the rating difference at the moment the game ends.

If you use Firefox, there's a BigDoggProblem script which shows win/lose/draw points for each game on its game playing page.
