Has there been a book released, or an online article posted, about this opening recently? I've never seen it before on RHP, any other chess site, or OTB, and today two of my open games were picked up within seconds of each other and they're both playing this opening. Can't be a coincidence.
Originally posted by CorsairAs the gent said, the white moves are 1. e4 2. Nf3 3. c3 (although I played Nf6 as black, it's still the same opening). As I said, I've never encountered it before and had to go to this site to find out what it was called:

Input the moves and it gives the names of the opening, if it's an "official" one.
