    Okay...I think it might a little bit but to really get better positionally you have to work at it just like you have to work at tactics to get better at those.

    Yes it will.
    You will develope a more strategy based game.
    You probably will get bored of this type of play.
    I play this way....Be ready for long games...provided there were no major errors.
    And...you still have to look for tactics of course.
    You might get more draws too.

    Any of what i have just said is relative to each game and position...
    But there is truth in all of them.
