Im sorry to say this but, Red Hot Pawn is a joke.... The best internet chess without a doubt is ICC. ICC has about 80 GM's and hundreds of IM's and FM's and NM's which you can also recieve lessons from. I just started playing here for fun, and there is absolutly no one of master level....

Not to mention the fact that RHP "ELOs" don't directly correlate to other ranking methods. The RHP ones are lower than real-life scores, correct? Anyone else have info on this?
Plus, this is a correspondence chess site, not a mock OTB site where you have to play a whole game in one sitting. The formats are completely different and not really comparable. THIS IS A GREAT SITE.
I want to know what specifically "is a joke"? Your statement is too general. Talk details, man.

no need to take it personally 🙂 , I am visitin somewhere that I can't download ICC, so I decided to play correspondance. Don't get me wrong. This is a great site, I am just sayin the playing level is not so high, and I dont believe there are any masters, just because you lost to someone you think is a master doesnt meen anything...

Your dissing our site that tons of people love to play here, and just because you dont like it you tell people that the site is a joke?!
The rateing sytem here is diffrent than other than other sites, you start out with less points.
I think anyone in the top 20 is at a master level.
And you have only played 2 games here so how would you know what the compition is here?
It would be nice if you gave the site a chance before you say stuff like that.

Let it be known though that Red Hot Pawn is a joke to any serious players. There arent even any masters... ICC is the absolute best internet chess site.

He brings it on his self... I saw a game where he waxed a 1400 odd player pretty darn quick, but considering his attitude it wouldn't surprise me at all if he is using an engine for his moves. Just a thought, no way to prove it... but I won't be playing him.
