if you are looking for qiucker play, you can try uchess.com, freechess.org and ICC.
for fast chess here at RHP you can identify and meet opponents who like your speed of play (Meet opponents in the Forums)

Yeah, go to www.yahoo.com, all games are under 5 minutes each there, little skill involved, but all blitz chess.

i wouldn't recommend yahoo.com at all, the interface is ghastly and it's plagued with rude, obnoxious cheaters.

Actually, there is another little known site called www.gamecolony.com. It has a much better chess interface than yahoo and the players tend to be more serious there as well.
