(the higher the better). however, you still get a +1 score every time you win, that doesn't change whatever the rating of your opponent is.

in a tournament for example, it's the score which determines your ranking, so in that situation, no, the rating of your opponents do not change your ranking. in a non-tournament pool like RHP however, it does make a difference.

Yes - the faq explains the maths behind it - but it's calculated in a different way for players who have completed less than 20 games and still have a p by their name.
