Rated game result doesn't affect rating.

My opponent resigned on move 1 in game 11369655, a rated game, but the win had no effect on mine, or his rating. Is that what should hàppen?

From the FAQ:

If you enter into a rated game, your rating will be recalculated on its completion so long as at least two moves have been made by each player.

Note the 2 move requirement.
