Just finished this game, it was a tight struggle through out every phase of the game. Though drawn in the end, i struggle to think of a game i have enjoyed playing more on this site!
Game 939959
If someone spots a win for either side please let me know 🙂

Originally posted by hahahaaaaI was playing black and it was my move. White had just moved his rook to attack my black pawn, i was forced to take his pawn leaving no pawns. The position was a draw, at the end. Im wondering if it was possible for either side to win at an earlier stage. 🙂
What will happen if you move your pawn forward?
Maybe, I'm missing something, but won't you win?

Originally posted by marinakatombNo killer win, but a tactical error that could have made for a different result (according to me, that is). At move 13, the Knight is in a very strong position on d3. I'd have put more effort into defending the pawn on e4 and the position of the Knight instead of giving it up so tamely, thus 13...Bf5 and then 14...O-O. Doing so pulls out White's King-side pawns and weakens your King's pawns defensive positions - but you're safe, the White Queen is stuck on the other side of the board and can't get across.

Some former world champion (forget his name) once said: "If I get a knight on Q7 or K7, I sit back and let the game win itself." I *like* a very advanced knight if it can be protected.
