Hello everyone. I'm new here and I have a question about ratings. Would I be correct in assuming that after completion of 4 games, a provisional rating is allotted and after 20, an established rating is assigned?

Yeah, except that I think you might need 5 for the first rating adjustment.

Ratings here don't mean squat. Just play.
