Sorry my mistake, I did say White to play instead of White resigns.
A silly slip. Usually the player who has the move resigns.
...White has just played 18.Rd3.
So it's [b]Black to play when White resigned. (even more baffling).
Black can prolong things with 18....Kh8 or 18....Be4.[/b]
