This situation would not arise if the FIDE Laws of Chess were used on this site.
    Article 5.2b states
'The game is drawn when a position has arisen in which neither player can checkmate the opponent’s king with any series of legal moves.'
The draw does not have to claimed it is automatic under the FIDE Laws.

In fact this game really ended at move 54, since the "Laws of Chess, Article 5: The completion of the game, section 2b." reads : -
"The game is drawn when a position has arisen in which neither player can checkmate the opponent’s king with any series of legal moves. The game is said to end in a ‘dead position’. This immediately ends the game, provided that the move producing the position was legal."
