Right to Accept/Offer Draw?

I was curious whether anyone had any insight into whether this game was drawn or not. White initially turned down the offer of a draw on I think move 26 and then offered the draw which was accepted in the position shown. Is this drawn or is there hope for either side?

Thanks. And I hope this board thing works. (it doesn't...perhaps someone could help.)

Black could of won from 30.Re8+.

(In the game history when it says its whites move its actually blacks move and vice versa so I am writing it as it is in the game history.)

...Re8+ seems good for black but I do not see how it is won for black. Too bad for black the black knight is not more in play.

Yes sir, a pinned piece can still give check so the Q is protected. 🙂

So we're agreed. Taking a draw was the right move for White?

Yes sir, a draw is better than a loss.
