Rook trapped (Game from FICS)

I thought this was an interesting position so I thought I'd post it...

Everything is protected and I can just go in and take the rook with my king. If his/her king tries to help I can promote my pawn.

I am sure the game was not played well on either side, but it was funny how everything fell into place like this.
