Saragossa Opening

Has anyone, ANYONE ever heard of this opening? Guess the first move for white if you don't know.

1 c3 is the Saragossa Opening (and vice-versa).

I ran into it once OTB. After 1.c3 I had a good chuckle then proceeded to lose without much trouble.
