Black wins with 1. ... Rh2# 😛
White wins with 1.g5 and now
a) Kxg5 2.Be4+
b) Kh7 (or Kg7) 2.Rb7+ Kh8 3.Rff7 and after a few black rook checks black gets mated
c) Kh5 2.Rg3! Rh2+ 3.Kxg2 Bxg3+ (hxg3+ then simply Kg2 and later Rb7 wins) 4.Kh3 and later Rb7 forcing the bishop to sacitself.

1.f7+ Kg7 2.f8=Q+ Kxf8 3.Rf1+ and if the king goes to the e-file, then Rfe1 wins. If the king goes the g-file then 4.Rg2+ Rg3 (if the king goes to the h-file then Rh1 with similar follow up on h-file) 5.Rfg1 wins.
