It's seems that a lot of your opponents, Hinsn, overvalue their Rooks (I assuming in the first two games they resigned because they were going to lose a R.) You can still win if you lose the exchange R for K or R for B. It maybe a little harder to win, but still I won many games when my opponent has taken my Rook for a good attacking Bishop, or a well placed Knight
