If you want to learn something, post one of your losses.
Hi
Saw right away exchange sac was on so copied game into
Winboard and played 'sac - don't win back'.
In this position you played 17.Bg5.
I had a quick look at the rule book.
Object of game: It's still to Checkmate King.
(thought it had changed to overnight to capture Queen's Rook).
17.Rxc6+ must be the move. It just screams out at you.
Game should have gone something like this.
First 16 moves are yours, last 9 nine are mine and I've not given
Black silly moves. They are very plausible.
You need a good dose of Morphy my man.
You dragged that out for 40 odd moves.
Thanks man.
This was like my 50th and final game of the evening and fatigue was not my ally. Sometimes i can win like i did and still feel like I lost.
Rxc6 wouldve blown my own mind if i had played that at the time!
But I agree , it's brilliant.too bad i didnt see that
btw im a big morphy fan
