What's the score with playing the sicilian dragon if white castles kingside?

If white plays correctly, not too bad, but black does not get put under the same pressure to play as actively and aggressively as he does after 0-0-0 by white. Alot of people would say you were letting them off the hook by not forcing black to play very creative moves to avoid a streightforward attack on the kingside by white.
