The Sicilian Wing Gambit is as follows, 1. e4 c5 2. b4

It's called "wing" gambit because white uses a wing pawn to disloge Black's c5 pawn and get in d4 with ease.

I love this opening, but can someone please explain to me why Nxa3 is considered stronger than Bxa3? I appreciate it must be theoretically sound, but at first glance it looks so counter-intuitive.
