This takes the biscuit. 700 rating points lower than me, 3 pieces up when checkmated with queen and rook.
My only defence would be drink, which I don't accept as a justification from anyone else, so rule it inadmissible in my own defence🙂

Your 1250 opponent was actually a 1400 player...Just check the graph...Perhaps that will make you feel a little better !

OUCH...Bf8 instead of knight move and you were fine...I hate when that happens...Happens to all of us at one time or other for sure !!

I've managed to train myself. Doesn't matter that it was £1 a pint at my college bar tonight, there is no way I can get drunk enough to move on RHP. I just don't do it. I'd be unconsicous before I'd be drunk enough to move.

I should have skipped reading this thread altogether....it was pretty painful looking at some of my earlier losses here. Out of several great candidates, I decided this one's the worst. Plenty of mistakes here.... but the last one, yikes.

I have a similar policy, but was too drunk to conform with it. That's the irony of ethanol.
