Here's one I very nearly fell for in the pub the other night. I was Black.



My hand reached for the f6 knight, intending to play Nxe4, before I remembered that my opponent was far too good to drop a piece in that way.

The refutation of the opening is 6. Nc3. 🙂

I remember a miniature where white sacs his queen and plays Rxa7 followed by c7 which promotes and wins. Does anyone know it?

There might be a variation on it played by a Polgar.
