I.M. Kavutskiy's interview with Neal Bruce on Chessdojo.
Neal didn't get seriously into chess until age 40. This answered many questions I had for years, on what it takes to improve. This won't apply to everyone of course, but if you want to get better, this would be well worth the 1:20 to watch.

I will watch it but man alive get your facts straight.
If you look at the clock at the bottom of the youtube screen it says 1:20:19 for the whole interview. Didn't think it was necessary to include the seconds.
