Oh yeah I forgot another line I love hearing. "But I've seen him post in the forum and he seems to know alot about chess" Knowing a bunch of chess lingo and how something should be technically played because you read it in a book and posted it here doesn't mean jack. I'm a good chess player simply because I play alot, practice alot, have a true photographic memory and simply for some reason just play well. Like I run track and field and did well enough with it that it could pay for college, It was just something I had the talent for as with chess. Until about a month ago, I didn't even know what OTB was because I've never played competitively except for my time in my high school's chess club but that and track didnt mix too well so I dropped it for track but still continued to play chess anyway. While sometimes I pretend to know what some people are saying about different games more than half the time I have no clue whats being talked about, I just play and thats it.

Lastly there are 9 players in the top 40 I left out simply because I don't want to name them and start the whole, What...an engine...no way....not me...you lie... crap.
Also, did you select these people at random, scrutinise their games and then decide that they're engine users, or did you have some other reason to latch onto them?

With a couple of fellow rhp players joining the thread, one who is currently whipping me in a game we've had going since like july, and another who I play friendly games with and against in lots of tournaments and who has also asked for a match against my gf which I think she won, they went on and said that they know me from rhp and that I do not use an engine to play and that pretty much shut the guy up. I'm not here naming people I've lost to and calling them engine users. I'm just giving info, some of these people I have played none have beaten me. Some I havent played and was asked by other people to check into their games because they thought the person might be using an engine. Why I posted them, simple, I am sick and tired of playing engines on this site. If I want to play an engine I will load one on my gf's computer and play it, Whether I can beat any given engine or only draw against it, I don't care, I don't want to play them unless it's an unrated match which is known to be me against an engine like my match against boby fisher's shredder 8, which I might add I'm holding my own against so far. I have nothing against any clan and there is no need to get mad that I named someone in any given clan, maybe I should have just said less about the person and just maybe mentioned a tournament they were in instead of clan so for that I'm sorry.
So you didn't name those 9 players in the top 40 who you suspect, because you believe they'll deny it, but are happy to name all those other people? Don't you think those weaker players who you did name are going to be even angrier that you've accused them?

I would prefer PM like some I have been getting from people who felt like there was something fishy about one of the guys I nameed that they are playing and wht they should do. I've given the list of players to all my clan leaders and asked not to be given matches against them and hope that we keep them out of matches against our clan altogether so that these people don't continue beating on weaker players to move up in ratings with their engines. I have purposely entered tournaaments against some of these people to stop them from trying to win tournaments with their engines. In 1 tournament I beat 2 of them in all 4 games, making sure they have no chance to be in the finals. Maybe if they realize people know they will either stop using an engine to play or do what dscp did and just leave. I have friends on here who are lower rated players and its not fair to them to have to play some guy using deep junior or deep blue everytime they enter a tournament. Its not right and it pisses me off. While I sometimes join tournaments to keep certain people from attempting to win I also drop from tournaments when I see people I know join who I can beat that I would like to give a chance to win the tournament. I know there are ratings based tournaments but there arent a whole lot of them and most of the fun tournaments like thematic tournaments are for everyone, I just want the 1400 or 1500 or whatever rated guy to hve a shot at winning and not have to wonder if the other same rated guy is going to start using an engine to destroy him and try to win the tournament. Some people are that sad and pathetic that they have nothing better to do.

But as I was telling TovMauzer she only had permission to play 4 games, 2 were set pieces one was against chris who asked if he could play her in a game and the other was a match against someone in some random game. But now we have two computers and she doesnt have time to play on here with her class schedule and when she does have time she has been playing timed games on pogo or on our chess board with me. You should try reading the Terms of Service, it states in 3b.
"You will not .... consult any third party to assist you in any game ... "
