Chess quotes are often misattributed and I'm pretty sure it was the Argentinian GM Oscar Panno who said this, not Timman.
I'm 99.98% sure Timman said it but maybe he quoted someone else(Panno?).
And perhaps Panno wasn't the first to say it either.Whoever said it first,it is brilliant.
