Originally posted by Mad Rookyep, I put this game in rybka and those are the exact moves it gives. I feel like after 30.Nxf3 Qxh3 Bg5 I woudln't know what to play, Whites material advantage probably wins in the end I'm afraid.
I don't think so. I think 30.NxQh7 loses for White. (I think 30.NxBf3, and White is OK.)
Also, I think White could have improved with 25.Nxd5 (exploiting the overworked pawn on e6.)
But I do like these type of aggressive games. Keep 'em up! 🙂
What I thought was nicest about the game was that the queen was forced to move away 10 times, pretty much the whole attack was based on the bad position of the queen! I'm not much of a straight on attacker, I prefer slow positional games, crushing the oponent slowly, but when the opportunity arises I see what I can make of it.

hey guys, I just finished this game, featuring my first sacks (yay!!), but my questions is, are they sound? I'm not shure. Here is the game, I am black:

it looked to me like until move 19, the two of you were just quarreling angrily but after he played Qxf7 you suddenly got mad and started punching the guy 🙂

orion25:
Congratulations. I am curious if you looked at 20. ... Rdg8 rather than Be8 with the continuation 21. g3 Ng3 22. hg3 Rg3: 23. either Be8 with the idea of Rf3 or 23. ... Bf2: with Be8 to follow. I am not sure what the possible follow up might be but the initial sacrifice at g3 seems sound.
Could you run it through your Rybka?
