Switch the king with a tower

Hallo, i'm new to this game.
I'm playing for about 2 weeks now and i like to know,
what the rules are to switch the king with a tower. 😕

Judging by your games you move far too many pawns in the openings and alot of other mistakes:

1) Never move alot of pawns in the opening at your level. You should play pawns to e4 and d3 (e5 and d6 as black) but not ony others yet.

2) Develop your peices. A piece counts as a knight (horsey) and a bishop (the one with a cut in its head). Knights are ...[text shortened]... really help you ALOT

Im always open for a game to point out your weak moves etc.

Oh, I think you mean because king is on the wrong side of the board.
Thats a differant story, but it still illustrated castling.
