I bearly started playing. Can anyone teach me how to play with strategies etc..

If you are like most people, you will require much time getting frustrated by how bad you are before strategy will do anything for you.

Learn to see the board and learn to not give your pieces away, then learn some strategy.

One thing you can do to help with your eye is to practice tactics at Chesstempo.

Chesstempo.com

Create an account and do the tactics puzzles. Those things really helped me to see what can happen on a chess board.

Best thing for beginners, a software tutorial called Chessmaster. It will take you through all the principles.
