Nice result, but you sure gave away a lot of tempi (and pawns ;-) )

It is easy to say u was lost with two pawns les. Then he start to play bad and gave u an oportuniti for atack.Rd8-f8 was the frist bad move, Qd5 was simple.

Yup, I agree, you made a few worthless moves, most notably with the knight and queen, which just cost u tempo. You were in trouble if your opponent hadn't missed the knight fork.
