JMHO - 22.... Kf8 would have been a better choice.
Joined 12 Jul '08 Moves 13814 20.Qf6 was a pretty big blunder as far as I can tell. Black did nothing about king safety.
But white did a good job of punishing black for failing to defend his king.
Here are a few quick thoughts.
4. h3
Even if White hadn't prepared for a Scotch Game, playing 4. d4 to enter it with effectively an extra tempo seems a good deal.
7. b3
7. Bb3 seems preferable to creating a hole at c3.
18. Bg5
18. Ng5 seems to safely preserve White's material advantage after 18...Bh6 (18...g3 19. Qf3) 19. Qxg4 Rg8 20. f4.
20. d4
White can obtain two pawns (albeit doubled) for the piece by 20. Nxe5 dxe5 21. Qxg4.
In my comment above (which for some reason is lacking an "Edit" button), please disregard "(18...g3 19. Qf3)". I'm not sure what I disliked about 19. fxg3.

Black should just play 20...gxf3 and then have Qh4 or 0-0-0 ideas
So before then look for a good move. Here (White to play)
White is piece up sac it back. 18.Nxe5
