Undoubtedly a lot of dodginess going on with at least some of those players, but some seem to just be a little lucky to have such a high rating. For example User 483530 has an ECF grade of 135, meaning I would be expected to score 9/10 in a ten game OTB match with him!, but has achieved a high rating here mostly by beating up beginners.
